Tranquillity, 2019
During my illustration course, I created a collage that highlighted the significance of composition on storytelling. Using acrylic, ink, and marker pens, I coloured and then layered paper, before adding line work with Posca paint pens. I used Photoshop to enhance the collage and include handwritten text. Seven Days, 2020
For this university assignment, I had the freedom to interpret the theme of 'seven days' in any way I chose. I decided to transform 7 journal entries that delved into feelings of depression and anxiety into a zine, using Adobe Illustrator as my medium. For more information, click here.

Scaled and Icy, 2022
I entered a poster competition, themed around a concept album titled "Scaled and Icy.” The album narrates the tale of propaganda and deceptive notions of happiness, rebelling against these manufactured ideals to find individuality. To illustrate this concept, I designed my own disingenuous-feeling advertisement and destroyed it, incorporating homemade textures like ripped and crumpled paper, to symbolise the destruction of artificiality and embrace authenticity and freedom. The poster was crafted using Illustrator, Photoshop, scanned images, and provided graphics.

Marianne Maisy, 2022
I created this GIF by extracting frames (from a video of myself) and editing them using Photoshop and Procreate. The focus was on utilising bold shapes and vibrant colours to represent both my artwork and my personal identity.

How green is your food?, 2019
For this university exercise, I selected an article that highlights the environmental benefits of a plant-based diet compared to a meat-based diet. I illustrated the key points to demonstrate how adopting a plant-based lifestyle leads to a smaller carbon footprint. The goal of this university exercise was to develop skills in reading an article, identifying key points, and creating an effective illustration. For more information, click here.

COIN, 2019
For this university assignment, I designed a 'pop group' poster in a fun and bold pop-art style for the band COIN. I aimed to match their branding and capture their energetic, modern sound. Using Posca paint pens, I drew over collaged polka dots, before scanning the drawing, and further exploring it in Photoshop. For more information, click here.

Themed gifts, 2021
During a brief period, I utilised Etsy to sell themed designs as greeting cards and wrapped gifts. Here are some examples of Christmas-themed designs with an Animal Crossing twist. I created these designs using Illustrator and printed them using my own printer.

Monoprints, 2016
As part of the print-making unit during my college years, I created these monoprints by tracing magazine photos onto paper lightly placed over a thin layer of ink. These works have been instrumental in introducing me to texture, despite not having used this technique since then.

Aide Memoire, 2016
Fresh out of secondary school, I crafted this winning painting for a competition at the beginning of my Level 3 diploma in art and design. The artwork is a result of layering personal photos, tickets, and other mementos from my life. I then used acrylic to paint a self-portrait on top, blending the colours to harmonise the composition.
